Andy's Zerode with tuned Marzocchi Z1 & RockShox SuperDeluxe Coil.  Featured in our March Biken & Shockcraft Newsletter Out Now.

Andy came knocking at the start of last year wanting us to sort out his Zerode. We ran him through our physics based calculators to find just what was wrong, then dyno tested his fork and shock. We found he was over-sprung and under-damped on both ends, leaving the bike harsh and bouncy. He was also suffering the kicks you get from stock valving in the front Marzocchi Z1 and rear Rockshox SuperDeluxe Coil.

We sourced new coil springs for both ends to sort out the spring-rates, installed the Vorsprung Tractive tuning kits in the Rockshox Super Deluxe, then reshimmed it to suit Shockcraft's own ideas of damping ratio. The GRIP damper in the fork received our Unharsh Modification to stop it kicking and was revalved to provide the right amount of compression and rebound.

Andy's stoked with the results. He's been hitting personal records everywhere without even trying.
