Courier & Delivery Timeframes

NZ Couriers
We use CourierPost/NZ Post for our domestic orders.

International Courier
We send International parcels with NZ Post International.  NZ Post has tracked services available for everywhere in the world and options will be shown at checkout.
Fedex International shipping is also available for larger items.  Please contact us for a shipping quote.
There are delays for international parcels.  Network status & delays for NZ Post are here.

Visitors to Workshop

Our workshop and office are open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, for Click & Collect of orders.

For a Click & Collect order the status of the order will change to Ready for Pickup once it is packed.  You can view the status of your order on our Customer Dashboard here (you will need to login).  We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
