Payment Gateway Status

Current Status: Active

Our eWAY Payment Gateway is currently active with no known issues.  We have found that some customers occasionally have issues due to mis-entry of credit card details (including very long shipping or billing addresses) or their bank's restrictions.

Alternative Payment Methods
If you find that you are unable to pay via credit card please select the bank transfer payment option.  This is available for both NZ and overseas customers.

For overseas customers an international bank transfer can be made using Wise or a similar serivce.  Wise provides full visibility on the cost prior to making the transfer and ensures we receive the correct balance in New Zealand Dollars.
