Hayes warranty is generally 2 years.  In addition, all Hayes hydraulic disc brakes come with a conditional Lifetime Leakproof Warranty.  Proof of purchase must be provided.  Standard warranty terms for Hayes are provided at the Hayes Bicycle website here.
